About the speaker...
Through his series of fully illustrated talks, which are professionally constructed and often include music, videos and animations, Christopher invites you to share the history, culture, personalities and scenery of those exciting parts of the world he has visited. He has delivered lectures and presentations for many years, is an accomplished speaker, currently giving between 70 and 80 talks a year, and has been a destination presenter on various cruise ships.
Christopher has lived in or close to East Dorset throughout his life and considers himself extremely lucky to enjoy the wonderful surroundings of the area. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at the age of 21, when he opened his first surveying and property agency business, but in later years lectured throughout the UK on property related topics as well as establishing and running a charity providing homes for homeless young people.
About his talks...
All talks are PowerPoint and approximately one hour in length but can be adjusted for groups requiring a shorter or longer programme. Full projection equipment (including a screen if none is available at the venue) is provided. Wherever possible a 1.8 metre or larger screen or a blank light painted wall in the venue is always appreciated. For large venues a microphone is requested. The talks are educational as well as entertaining and Christopher’s relaxed style is informative but easy to listen to. He can sometimes fit in talks at short notice.
All talks available as virtual presentations (zoom).
