- Definitions
The following terms when used in these Public Speakers Corner Ltd (PSC) Terms of Use, or any document referred to herein, shall have the following meaning. Public Speakers Corner Ltd reserves the right to cancel your subscription without further notice if Public Speakers Corner Ltd has reasons to believe that you have breached any of these Terms of Use.
Once Public Speakers Corner Ltd has sent you a confirmation email you will become a Member and will be able to access the services available via the Website.

Public Speakers Corner Ltd is a third party listing Website that offers speakers the ability to list their speaker profile and talk on the Website.
- Cancellations and Refunds
Public Speakers Corner Ltd Members lose access to their profile upon terminating their Membership and the profile is removed from the Website.

- Termination
Without prejudice to any remedy that Public Speakers Corner Ltd Ltd may have against you, Public Speakers Corner Ltd may terminate or suspend with immediate effect and without further notice your access to and use of this Website and your membership, if it:
- reasonably believes that you have breached any of these Terms of Use;
- is unable to verify the accuracy or validity of any information provided by you;
- suspects fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity by you.

This Agreement shall be governed by English Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
