I live on the outskirts of Nottingham and after working in the commercial sector, I took an acting course and became a television extra. I first started with amateur dramatics over 20 years ago with Carlton Operatic Society and Nottingham Operatic Society performing at both the Nottingham Playhouse and The Theatre Royal.
About my talk...
I have been a television and film extra for 17 years and have encountered some interesting and strange people.
I talk about the rules & regulations, the pitfalls, the jargon, the pay and my experiences.
I use a multi-media projector, lap-top and screen, all of which I will provide.
The talk lasts for 1 hour.
Fee:
I charge £50 plus £10 travelling expenses
