I served for over 26 years in the Royal Air Force as a musician before commissioning as a Director of Music. Appointed as the Principal Director of Music for the final seven years of my career I was responsible for all music support to State Ceremonial, defence engagement and the third sector Service charities.
Throughout my career I was fortunate to travel to some extraordinary places, meet Royalty, Heads of State, and work with some of the UK’s most famous professional musicians. I can provide some unique insights into leading a creative workforce within a military setting and provide ‘behind the scenes’ understanding to how the large scale ceremonial events of recent years were put together.
About Their Talks...
My talks run for 45 minutes generally followed by 15 minutes of questions although I am happy to facilitate a longer Q&A if required. Presented in person and using a laptop I prefer to use organisations projector and screens where possible.

£95 + travel expenses if outside of Lincolnshire
